My wife just got laid off. Now instead of making $1,500 a week she’s getting $525 a week. I’m still employed and I make a decent salary so we will be fine. However, her lay off will cause us to cancel some trips, postpone some home improvements, eat out less etc. How can this help stimulate the economy? Besides the point, she isn’t happy doing nothing. We are part of the one percent who like to work.

I’m sorry for your wife’s job loss but isn’t it great to be part of the 1%?
