Effect: Citizen died.

She had a suspended license and had left the scene of TWO traffic accidents. She was also on two serious drugs, oxycodone and cocaine. I have some sympathy for this woman, but she is more to blame than anyone else for what happened.

I think the cop should lose his job, not because of weight or the tazing but because he failed to properly restrain his perp. That is unforgivable. He put the whole departmnet and the public at large in great danger.
