The grotesque foreign policy of the Obama administration has now achieved its pinnacle of battiness. After three and a half years of bowing low to Dark Ages tyrants and shafting our democratic friends, with Iranian nukes well on the way -- so close that even the CIA is willing to see the obvious -- the Deep Thinkers of Foggy Bottom are now worried sick that Israel might attack Iran.
Let's see. Israel has 7 million people who yearn for peace, because their lives are reasonably good, other than having to live with blood-thirsty maniacs surrounding the country with an estimated 100,000 missiles of various sizes. Iran has 70 million people who have been brainwashed by the ugly regime of medieval throwbacks to chant Death to America! Death to Israel! every single day. These nice people will soon have nukes, thanks to the suicidal policies of Democrats from Jimmy to Barry. Got it so far?
OK. Seven against seventy million is fair odds by Middle East standards.

About ten years ago, I read that Israel’s IAF is able to fly more sorties than the US Air Force; it has one of the biggest armies in the Middle East, and proportionately to its population, one of the biggest in the world. Even NOT proportionately to its population, it has a pretty big army, and regardless, one of the most formidable in the world.
And just in case, it has a nuclear trump card, in case its not-too-neighborly neighbors happens to prevail in conventional warfare.

Israel had to do the job in 1981 in Osirak, and as a result Hussein had to be content to fighting a savage murderous protracted war with Iran. Little worldwide terrorism occured during that period and the cost to the civilized world was minuscule. The benefit to the civilized world was immense.
The history of the geopolitics of the period are clear and accessible to anyone with a brain : the only civilized world interest in the region was oil. Stripped of that, no one really cares if the koranimals wipe out each other.
Islam, for whatever reason, valid, imagined or driven by primitive impulses wants to destroy the Jewish State.
The immoral, unethical and intolerable result that we must face and wrestle with is the position that the threat to Israel, including its probable extinction by the koranimals (they have been hysterically screaming daily for exactly that result for 60 years) is justified by our selfish need for oil at any price. Cartels were accepted as inevitable.
The monster needs to be starved and contained. If Europe wants to continue to support OPEC and its billion screaming soldiers, let them.
We need to create a food cartel. We need to create a technology cartel. We need to create a higher education cartel. And we need to exclude all members of the killer culture permanently from our nation for any reason.
And we need to make it clear enough for the koranimals to understand that Israel has the unconditional support of the American people.

We defend Israel, they are an ally I suppose but they are always constrained from really doing much overt.
