All "Monday holidays" should be returned to their traditional dates as well.
That sounds good in theory, but it will never happen.
It is much better for businesses to be closed for a long weekend, if it's in the middle of the week there are going to be a lot more people taking additional days off either before or after and making it a LONGER weekend.
