No dear, Realistic would be having something pressing their bladders 24/7, moving their center of balance so they would waddle and putting on 20 or 30 extra pounds of weight, have their skin stretched, their chest muscles feel sore and swollen (fake boobs don’t do that). And to top it off, they could start each morning for 4 or 5 months with vomiting and no be able to look at raw meat or eggs without a continuation of the up-chucking.
This is not about having men experience what women go through. This is about making them look like fools. Hey, it works.
