The Port of Latakia (destination mentioned in the article) is to the north of Lebanese - Syrian border. To get there they will be passing the Israeli coast and the population centers of Tel Aviv and Haifa. Somehow I think they will have at least one very quiet submerged diesel powered shadow and a few IAF flybys too. Make a suspicious move, such as halting to launch anything that looks like a missile, and they’re gone.
