Too cold without heat.
I agree. That is way too cold of a night without heat. Several years ago, I called our local utility company because I couldn’t fix the furnace that time, he showed up, spent several ours at our house at $75 an hour but only charged for 1/2 half hour and a beer! :)
The Cajun is right, onyx. 40 degrees is dangerously cold.
