The factories. The jobs. The technology, the money. Gone.”

Yes what you say is true, and that’s sad and scary

They destroyed the greatest nation ever. I am seeing the suicide of the U.S. Some realize it's bad but I guess because democrat Obama has borrowed so many trillions that these borrowed trillions give the illusion that we still have some civilization left. But that borrowing is just kicking the can down the road AND making the eventual collapse 1000x worse, Amazing that so many smart people even on this site don't realize that free trade is destroying America and our technology.( and that they are actually shilling for free trade and for communist China)
. Politicians are idiots and many sold us Americans and America out with this “free trade”. Roemer is running for president and the GOP nomination. He's saying the right things about China. but the media has hidden Reomer from the public. the media knows that free trade will destroy the U.S. and that's what he media wants.

How Latinos Won the Race Back to Pre-Recession Employment

The Atlantic ^ | February 6, 2012 | Derek Thompson
Although Latinos make up only a seventh of the population, they have “racked up half the employment gains posted since the economy began adding jobs in early 2010”, the Los Angeles Times reported this morning. In 2011, the trend accelerated. Of the 2.3 million jobs added in 2011 according to the Household Survey of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 1.4 million, or 60 percent, were won by Latinos.

The only reason I am "better off" is that my car has managed to run well (Ford) and I quit spending as much in restaurants and on stuff. In the past two years I have taken on an additional duty and I LOVE the work. Outside of the poorly run unit at my company, I pretty much need to wait for someone else to retire or die to get the full time positions. And then I am competing with the good people in the poorly run unit. Prior to 2009, there was usually one of these positions open quarterly in my company and between the local "competitors" there was always one of these positions open.

I'm not better off myself, maybe one exception. We had to cut back ourselves and I'm trying to pay off some debts down and get rid of them. There are nights I eat soup for dinner. I was better off in 2008. My exception, I did get a newer car, a 1999 Blazer, although my father had to help me a lot on that one. AS in some cases, it is better to bide some time in your job and wait until something bett4er comes along. I'm looking for a better job myself, at least I'm working so I'm not panicking, but it is very hard out there and we are generally doing better than most of the country here in the Pittsburgh area. We took our hits but we are oe of the few areas doing relatively OK.

Great cartoon. It shows exactly what is going on.

Propaganda tactics work best among the dumbest. This guy probably couldn’t give you one fact or extended thought.
