And. Even if she was marvelous on her own missions that says nothing about her wisdom on overall policy which stretches far beyond what she herself did. Maybe in fact she should be allowed to show that she is a bit of a she-ass after all.
She'll get the chance to do just that. According to the Wikipedia, there are at least two other veterans, both male, competing on the Republican side. As for her wisdom on overall policy, FWIW, she has a Masters in Pubilc Policy from the Kennedy School, and policy wonkery has been her profession since leaving the service.
The primary is April 17, and the general is June 12.
