I know. I do the dishes to warm up. Nice HOT water.
We ran out of fuel oil last week so when we got oil Hubby turned the heat down further, 62. And there's no heat where I sit.

This is a cool room, so sometimes I have to put on a light parka for a little while, if I'm not moving around much. Doing dishes warms me up, too.
I do love having a fire at night, but that's a dry heat, and I always keep the heat way down during the day in anticipation of getting really warm and toasty at night. That's one thing I really like about winter. Having a fire in the fireplace.
