The minute I heard this I thought what in the world is he thinking. The first sentence is very open to speculation. I thought he was alluding to, when women are on the front line, their natural emotions aka hormones could make them do things that would compromse a mission. I am still not sure that isnt what he meant. Whatever, this will make a great sound byte for Obama and the liberals.
