No kidding. I have the impression the GOP would like to bump a Texas GOP Primary (155 delegates) right off the schedule (bury it until Mitt gets his 1144 in the bank).
Based on various news sources....I’d say this was probably the most bogus primary run by either party in the last twenty years. Ron Paul easily won. As for the guys at the top of the state’s party mechanism? I’d fire them and not allow them to participate in any national convention episode.
Operatives have learned well watching the Obama machine and employment and economic numbers. They put out the good numbers and 3 weeks later revise the numbers while no one is listening.

It sure works to slow down emotional momentum for the true winner(s). GOP back-room BS dealing at its finest. If Santorum’s Iowa win had been reported honestly at the outset, there might’ve been a different atmosphere, different assumptions, etc.
Oy. Someone has to defeat Romney — either Gingrich or Santorum.
