A brilliant physicist from our town was a Global Warming skeptic from the day the theory was proposed. He was one of the scientists from the Argonne Experiment in Chicago and Los Alamos and later taught at Princeton, CalTech, and Vanderbilt. He'd been a personal friend of Oppenheimer, Teller, Bohr, and Wheeler. If he saw it as B.S., it was B.S.

That’s interesting, is he still around?
I’ve been saying for a while that we have needed a Feynman to weigh in on AGW. And if anyone reading this doesn’t know who Feynman was, read up on him, he was a really, really interesting character. It is worth picking up some of his books.
