Just use super glue, it’ll grow back together.

I've done that before to myself - cut my finger with a knife and it kept opening back up. Not really bad enough for stitches.

It works, have seen it used often on horses over the chest and leg areas where the skin is tight. Superglue and a butterfly bandage.

Same thing happened to me, so I used super glue to close the wound. Three weeks later, I didn't have the cut or the finger.
