They have found a huge new oil field there.
This sleepy town of about 15,000 people when we lived there has absolutely boomed. There was an hour long tv show on this recently.
We didn’t recognize the town that we had lived in.
So, Mr. Santorum may not be that far off with his warning.

The didn't find a new one, they figured out how to really produce one discovered many decades ago.
