I'll bet the kitchen in the White House accounts for >85% of the workplace injuries in the facility, with most of the rest being maintenance guys. Well, not counting carpet burns, carpal tunnel, or eternal damnation.

We had a safety manager who would e-mail weekly warnings to be safe to everyone in the plant. He always included a photo of some horrifying industrial accident. One was of a man who got his arm caught in a food grinder.
The plant manager told him to stop with the photos.
