From the article: “A Gallup poll, released last week, but conducted before the furor over the NGO prosecutions, found that a large majority of Egyptians – 71 percent – are opposed to U.S. aid.”
If 71% of Egyptians don’t want our $$$, why are we still sending it to them?
1. We (The Muslim Brotherhood) are committed to the destruction of Israel. This is our philosophy and central to our beliefs and goals.
2. If you do not send us money we are committed to the destruction of Israel.
Why are we sending them money?
Great question!! The fact is that the taxpayer money the American government has doled out to the rest of the world since the end of WWII to buy us "friends", has bought us nothing but scorn and derision. Most countries receiving our foreign aid don't like us, but they are addicted to the money; kind of like an addict to crack.
One of the things we need to END immediately is foreign aid.
