Correct me if I’m wrong but didn’t the founding Fathers look to the Ten Commandments as the source for just laws?
Justice Sotomayor looks to the dignity of the individual - with the exception of the unborn of course.
I don’t think Sotomajor’s position on abortion is as “pro-choice” as you think.
