We don't sell products or services on FR. We don't sell advertising. We don't charge membership dues. We are not a 501c non profit and therefore are not subject to government regulation. We pay all applicable taxes on our income and are free to speak our mind. Our operating costs are funded solely by donations from our readers and participants and that's the way we'd like to keep it if we possibly can. We are beholden to no one but our like-minded, pro-life, small government, strong defense, conservative grassroots membership!!
The funds raised in these FReepathons go to pay our current quarter expenses. But we're also going to try to replace some of our older servers and failing equipment this year so we're going to add a little extra to our FReepathon goals. John is estimating ten to fifteen thousand to do this and I'd like to get it all in place and working before the election cycle is fully heated up, so we'll try to bring in a little extra now, if we can, and the rest next quarter.
No matter who gets the nomination or eventually wins the election, we're going to need FR more than ever to hold their feet to the fire!!
We need FR and FR needs you!!

It’s a rare piece of music (and I am an
inveterate audiophile .. music is medicine
to me) I’ve found that’s so beautiful it
hurts. This is one for sure.

The Chris Botti special a few years ago is spectacular. It usually comes up during PBS fundraising weeks. So many great performers, in addition to Lucia Micarelli above, it has Josh Groban, Catherine MacPhee, Sting, Steven Tyler. This is Chris, Sting and Josh Groban performing a great number. Don't miss that PBS special when it comes around .. it's fantastic.
