Federal Revenues will rise 17% in 2013.....Unemployment will not go above 8% in 2013.......according to DEAR LEADER.

How are revenues going to rise? Instead of just brushing these numbers off, what EXACTLY will lead to these increases? Just a WAG, Obama? Or was ANY thought done to come up with those numbers?
