She planned a comeback - but we’ll never know now if it could have been.

Let’s remember her as a classy and beautiful lady who graced us with so many wonderful songs - and her Star Bangled Banner rendition in 1991 - that is best any one ever gave of it, period.

It makes one proud to be American. Yes, its sad she died so young. But her face, voice and music has won a place in our hearts. What she left us will always be treasured.

Whitney Houston’s suffering is now over and she is one for the ages. Whitney Houston - RIP!

“She planned a comeback - but we’ll never know now if it could have been.”

Thought I had just read Saturday morning somewhere that Simon Cowell had offered her a spot on one of his shows, it seemed to hint he was trying to rescue her. Sounds logical if the previous post about her recent activities is true.

I've heard that she ruined her voice with the drugs and booze - couldn't hit the high notes any more, raspy voice, etc.

Supposedly, her last album was a flop - NOW its prolly gonna go to #1 ...

Death will do that for you, go figger ...
