Agree with your assessment. Given this poll participation rate; as a conservative barometer this CPAC poll is a rather meaningless sample.
The CPAC poll leads me to believe conservatives remain undecided, with more favoring Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum over Myth Romney. (Discounting RuPaul ballot box stuffers.)
