Three coal-powered plants in exchange for Solyndra, Ener1, EnerDel and, of course, Volt.
Along with these three plants there are three more in eastern Ohio that will close due to the same ruling and rationale. If this continues he will achieve his goal of rolling blackouts across the eastern US, for which he will then blame the eevil greedy energy companies.
