I like the psy-warfare aspect of the announcement - will keep Obama and his minions so puckered up they won’t poop for a month. Then, let’s hope it’s true and he releases it at the right time; early enough for opponents to bury him and late enough it doesn’t become passe’ and lose it’s effectiveness.
