Nobody I heard today except Rush discussed the fact that Obama did not reverse, back up, give in, etc. He STILL got his mandate for abortion/birth contri to be universal with ins.furnishing it, free, yet! Nobody except Rush pointed out the most obvious thing that should be discussed.---Obama shredded the 1st Amendment, The Constitution, and American history and freedom in acting like a dictator. Since when does the President have power to mandate anything without Congress, and outside the Constitution.

Isn’t it also true that it’s the individual States that regulate their insurance carriers and have requirements for which coverages must be offered?
I don’t recall seeing anything that says the Federal Gov’t. can do so; especially if tried by an executive order.
