Well of the four agencies who knew, seems to me three report to the Justice Department...Seems to me somewhere that info must have flowed to the top.
BTW, the false statement statute was amended sometime ago to expand it beyond knew it was false to should have known it was false. If Holder says he did not know of this operation, he set up a wall to make sure he did not know.
