The Illinois Board of Elections has illegally excluded evidence from a hearing on Barack Obama's Constitutional eligibility. Evidence was timely submitted by Objector Michael Jackson to the board as required by their Rules of Procedure, but they excluded the evidence that proves Obama is NOT a Natural Born citizen. [...]
