Judges are just one part of the feds. There are three branches, and the Administration really can’t act without Congressional authorization. Any Republican except Romney will try to change the judiciary.

Newt in SC defending the constitution http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=47809 Newt on impeachment of Obama http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/02/25/newt-gingrich-obama-impeachment-palin_n_828506.html Newt on activist judges http://www.newt.org/news/newt-defends-constitution-elitist-judges http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/09/05/gingrich-our-countrys-in-grave-danger/ "I believe the legislative and executive branches have an obligation to defend the Constitution against judges who are tyrannical and seek to impose un-American values on the people of the Untied States … legislative and executive branches have a right to correct the judiciary," he said. BTW..who do YOU support? One example is when judges rule against property owners in favor of a spotted owl or some endangered species..does not sound very constitutional to me

I take it you are not a Newt supporter? Newt is the only candidate that spoke out about the activist judges. If you dont think they have done great damage...look at some of the rulings by the 9th circuit.
Newt will hold them accountable if they disregard the constitution..who else said that?
