Will Dr. Romain Dallemand's Dream Become Macon's Nightmare?

Back in 2010 before the hiring of Bibb County School Superintendent Romain Dallemand, I wrote an article called ‘The Strange Case of Dr. Dallemand and Mr. Hyde’ warning the citizens about the good doctor and what he has done in the past. Unfortunately, the ‘Macon Miracle’ plan is proving me to be correct. Below is a few of the things that Dallemand did before he came to Bibb County but I’ve updated it to show some things he’s done while he’s been here. It appears from every source that I have checked Dr. Dallemand is not a problem solver, but rather a problem instigator, Controversy has surrounded him consistently in his last position as School Superintendent in Rochester almost from the day he was hired in April of 2007.

What seems to have caused you to excerpt your own writing?

What is it that you Freepers do not understand?

Anytown, USA must, must I say, have:
1): A Black (African-American, Negro,Person of Color, etc) Superintendent of Schools
2): A Police, Fire, or Director of Public Safety to match the above specification. (E.G. Chief Moose)
3): It is permissible to substitute an "Hispanic" in such roles as City Manager, Manager Department of Public Works, Parks, or Highways. Under no, "NO," I say, circumstances must any of these positions be filled by a long term resident of said town who ius already an employee., especially if there is a hint of European ancestory.

Now if your town is something like Maine, where an "African-American" was last seen on a Civil War Recruiting Poster, and an "Hispanic" was last glimpsed by a militia member outside of Churubusco in 1849, your city fathers will need the help of a Diversity Outreach Consultant, who for $250,000 or so, will recruit a likely candidate for you, who has probably just been bought out of a multi-million dollar iron-clad employment contract for mis- and malfeasance, embezzlement, sexual harrassment, and overall stunning incompetence by somea hoodwinked town in western Wisconsin.

As your Diversity Outreach Consultant will explain, your new hire will require:
(a) A salary previously unseen outside of the NFL
(b)Highly paid employment for the wife (and girlfriend). A year or so later, your new hire will sue you for racial discrimination, as the first complaints about his incompetence surface. Never fear, your Diversity Outreach Consultant will handle the separation .... 'bout a million two, whereupon your man will become another town's problem.

Don't laugh. I think that's how we got this POTUS.
