Sadly, most people believe the government is better positioned to tell them how to live their lives and what decisions to make, rather than their own selves.

Well, I am sure. I do disagree with him now and then. And I generally give more weight to people that are sure of their thoughts and decision making and who know whether they agree or disagree with someones point or statements.

Rush is so right! Obama just codified that which he has no right to do while making himself look like he has compromised.

I agree with Rush in the fact that Obama is taking power when it is not granted to him. Obama has no power or authority to do it. It is his creeping power in taking over everyones rights and freedom of choice. This is the issue, not whether or not birth control or abortion is ok. Many fail to see this and this includes some posts I have read here on Free Republic.

To what Rush was just talking about. The whole Democrat agenda IS A SCAM! The candidates need to shout this loud and often. All of this FREE stuff is not free. Someone pays for it and every time they say FREE, there is a Bill somewhere which deals with collecting the revenue needed to pay for the stuff.

i don't think the owner has much of a problem with support for any of the 3 rational candidates
the sycophants that kiss his behind attempt to get people banned - i think the banning reputation is a little hyped
but i’d probably ban me
sigh

"i don't see any compromise at all obama said if the institution providing insurance has a moral objection, then the insurance company (being paid for by the institution) will provide the pills and services for free what changed in this? the institution MUST provide insurance under obamacare the insurance company pays for the services isn't that the EXACT same thing as before this great compromise?

Yeah....if the user has been a decent poster for awhile, and is searching or expressing their thoughts of an unpopular candidate, the banning should be only temporary (if it has to be at all) ... in my opinion...

Newt was the first to take the hits on the charges of racism and refute the nonsense accusation, he was the best at call out the media bias and distasteful tactics of the debate moderators while the others have said little to nothing, and he is calling Alinsky radicalism what it is, and contrasting his economic and legislative vision with what is the destruction of the Democrat’s policies. May not have been the best conservative, but among the boldest, which is what is needed.
