This edict announced today is no "accommodation," nor is it a compromise. All it represents is government switching its odious curse of a mandate from religious institutions to secular insurance companies. Neither dictate is constitutional.

Predictably, the woman who desires contraceptive medical services isn't granted the option or isn't trusted with the option of paying for them herself. It's another step on the road to tyranny, if implemented.

And who's ox is being gored under this new mandate? Initially, the insurance company who provides the supposed freebees or the holder of the insurance policy(s) (employers and/or employees), who will be charged increased premiums to cover the additional expenses.

But eventually, that health insurance market will collapse because it will become unattractive to both sellers and buyers to contract under these government-dictated parameters. Then, as ObamaCare advocates envisioned, Big Brother will step in and fill the vacuum with a single payer system and the nightmare of fully nationalized health care will befall us - just as in Canada, where the people made that disastrous mistake a couple of decades ago, and don't seem willing to correct it even with a "conservative" government in power.

The Tea Party better show that they're alive and ready to defend our freedom at the ballot box this November.

Not only the Tea Party, but all of us! Fortunately, all Pubbies in the presidential race are on record for repeal of ObamaCare - although there is some reason to question Romney's commitment because of his history in Taxachusetts. We'll need not only a pro-repeal president, but a pro-repeal House and a pro-repeal Senate that can overcome a filibuster effort.

What’s just is important is that there are already plenty of places to get free contraceptives and people don’t need such coverage.
