Well, that didnt take long.
A major Susan G. Komen for the Cure donor has called for the breast cancer foundation to clean house including Komen founder and chief executive Nancy Brinker.
In a letter to friends and family, published by The UK Guardian Wednesday, Eve Ellis, who spent six years on Komen NYCs Board and raised over $250,000 for the group, explained that she does not believe Brinkers claims that the decision to cut grants to Planned Parenthood were not politically motivated.
Ellis wrote, in the letter sent Monday, that in order to restore her trust Komen must replace the Board, Brinker must resign, and Karen Handel, the former senior vice president for public policy must be terminated (Handel resigned Tuesday).
A clean house would enable Komen to carry on its much-needed, admirable work without the baggage of being the organization that had actually deliberated on and subsequently made the heartless decision to defund Planned Parenthood and to endanger the heath of thousands of women, she wrote. When we have a clean house, we should get answers to how this happened, and a clear refocus that Komen stands for all womens health.
According to Ellis, Brinker cannot be trusted and that politics were definitely at play in the decision to pull funding not just because Handel, the supposed force behind the decision but also because of Brinkers past ties to the Bush administration and the fact that Brinker told affiliates on Saturday that former Bush White House Press secretary Ari Fleischer would be helping Komen with crisis communications.
Nancy Brinker was a George W. Bush Ambassador appointee and is a Bush family friend. Is it just coincidence that the head of Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards, is the daughter of that feisty progressive nemesis of the Bush family, the late Governor of Texas, Ann Richards? she wrote.
Ellis added that while the reversal of the decision to defund Planned Parenthood was a step in the right direction more needs to be done and that a clean house is the way to restore trust.
Brinker founded Komen in 1982. Cecile Richards has been with Planned Parenthood since 2006.

We knew this was coming. Brinker blasphemed the most sacred sacrament of the left. She had to be destroyed.
Not one more dime. EVER!!
It’s ironic that Komen, which fights breast cancer, should be funding a procedure (abortion) strongly associated with causing breast cancer).
Or kills the 50% of the population they claim they’re trying to save.
Adding the breast-cancer link would be icing on the cake and leave them invulnerable to reproach.
Maybe other organizations would follow suite and tighten support criteria, in which case Komen would benefit by being seen as a leading example of an effective and conscious fundraiser.
I had thought that every dime they get is supposed to go to medical research to "find a cure" instead of being stuffed into the pockets of a horrible, disgusting band of baby slaughterers.
And, unfortunately, every October we get deluged with pink crap on tv, during football games, pink footballs, pink sport caps, pink ref whistles, pink lanyards, pink shoes, etc. Gets disgusting when you realize that part of their donations are going to murder unborn/newly born helpless American babies.
My suggestion is that Komen fold up and go away. They also should refund every stinking damn dime that was donated by the people who thought Komen was washing their hands of PP. You could almost think that Komen did this deliberately to increase donations.
Well, any organization that transfers donated funds to a highly successful 1/2 billion dollar organization like PP could well come up with this quickie donation scheme. Huh? PP is probably laughing all the way to the bank.
I wonder if this is the same Eve Ellis who won the Bronze Medal of the Signy Award for Best Bondage Model, in the field of Bondage Erotica?

Cat fight!
Takes some real gall to demand the resignation of an organization’s founder.
Yeesh, she must be related to Leona Helmsley with that much attitude!
LOL. Unfortunately, the ‘real’ Eve Ellis is nowhere near that alluring.

No kidding - my thoughts exactly! Nancy shouldn't let these insatiable abortionists taint her sister's good name!
GREAT POST!
The Komen Foundation should not be sending money to organizations that do nothing for breast cancer treatment. Planned Parenthood does nothing with regard to breast cancer. Komen can probably be sued for using money for other than the foundation’s stated purpose.
