I think they'll let them build it for the jobs,
But they will never see the heat from a nuclear rod.

Too late. The courts have no jurisdiction over them. Once the COL is issued, only the NRC can stop construction activities.

Yup! I’d bet long odds on that. Not that I would be disappointed to lose.

They’ll probably find an endangered cockroach or mosquito that needs protecting.
