Watch the Video of Rick Santorum Campaigning With/for Mitt Romney in 2008
That’s not an impossibility, and something that wouldn’t surprise me.
Ross Santorum is a humorless variant of Dubya. On a personal level, the guy’s great, but I’m not that interested in his paternalistic disposition despite his liberty oriented rhetoric.
Sometimes people come up with the most bizarre statements. God has a lot to say about the political class as well as the religious class that claim to be speaking in His name. But carry on at least for now you are having fun... only time will tell who gets the last laugh...

Here’s this dated literally the day after the date of what you posted. We can go through and trash our own candidates day in and day out if we want to...however, there are more constructive things to do.
Santorum’s only helping Romney. You’ll learn eventually.
Another strike against Santorum. How about some balance here - some negatives against the other candidates? Is this a one sided debate or are you going to provide some balance?
All of our current candidates have limitations. If you have to get down to who is the most Conservative - Santorum, no other choice.
If you have to go with another candidate for other reasons, you are probably not a Conservative anyway..just looking for someone better (so am I, but not going to happen this cycle).
Sure hope not! I have decided to vote principle over politics this time and at least feel good about my vote. In the past, I have voted for the GOP favorite and look at what that got me. No more...
Would it have been better if Rick endorsed McCain? The “choices” sucked big time in 2008.
Who cares. Rick hates John McLame. He made no secret of it and said that is why he wanted Milt back then. Many Conservatives backed Romney in ‘08 when it looked like McLame was going to be the nominee for the same reasons.
I don’t know. 2008 was a dark year. What were the alternatives? McCain? Huckabee?
A lot of people endorsed Romney in 2007.
Even here on FR.
I wasn’t one of them but I knew McCain was a dead end.
I suggest you stop working for Mittens. It does not play well here. Post about how Mitt loves gay marriage and gays in the military. Post about how he will protect a woman’s right to murder her baby. Post about how he wants to pick our pockets for his love of mandates.
No posts against conservatives like Santorum or Newt. They fall under the protection of the 11th commandment. But go ahead and slam away at Obama and his little clone Mitt.
Which is likely the motive for posting it.
Many people endorsed Romney in ‘08. Rush, Mark, Sean, etc.
He was the “not McCain” at that time.
I’m surprised at you for equating the national mood in ‘08 to now.
And how to you explain Newt’s Dede Scozzafava Endorsement ?
“I suggest you stop working for Mittens. It does not play well here. Post about how Mitt loves gay marriage and gays in the military. Post about how he will protect a womans right to murder her baby. Post about how he wants to pick our pockets for his love of mandates.”
Bump dat, and good nic. ;o)
Noticed the attacks on Rick Santorum has intensified even here on FR since last night’s stunning victory for Rick ? looks like the Romney folks here on FR are busy trashing Rick Santorum... they must be working for the Romney campaign ... Mega Sarcasm..
Once the job is done, sweater vest gets a pat on the head and a cushy job for helping the blue bloods and country clubbers take out the only non-lawyer still running.
It was dumb and stupid and Dede lost. I can say that as one who supports Newt. But at least Newt made sure old bjClinton was impeached, unlike the simple minded Senate that protected Clinton.
