I know the average is 100, I was just making a statement they're not that intelligent, at least the cops in the video weren't acting too intelligent. I was going to use 70 or 80 but didn't want to insult people with IQs in that range.

Now, I realize we have cops on this forum and probably hate reading stuff like that and I can't blame them. Not at all. I'm just sick of cop brutality. And of course the real kicker for me is some cops knew I was completely innocent many years ago but they fabricated evidence and lied resulting in a guilty verdict. So yes, I've been found guilty for a crime I didn't commit and I mention that on occasion here. It still pisses me off.

Henderson SUCKS. They shoot heroes and stomp the sick/infirm. I have a friend who lives there who will not carry. Coming from a state where he was not allowed to a state where he can but it will likely get him killed : (

Police departments in at least some of the smaller forces have an IQ cut off well below 100 because they can’t afford the officers who get on the small force then when they have some experience take off for the big city. The dumber cops have a harder time getting hired by bigger urban departments and are more apt to stay in Smallville..
