That link is nothing but one big lie.
uh, you can’t call something a lie without providing proof. That diary was, just that, a diary - it wasn’t represented as anything more. But the reviews at the time, were very positive. And apparently that guy Moran was there... he said a lot of not very nice things about Newt, which I assume had truth in them. I didn’t like reading them, but I didn’t call the guy a liar.
Did you read the book? It is available on Kindle, and on Amazon in hardcover... maybe paperback, not sure.
You Sanctimonium supporters have to get over this, every time somebody says something negative or unflattering about Tricky Ricky, you can’t just dismiss them and call them a liar, or get mean and nasty... not gonna work. NOT GONNA WORK.
David Schipper’s book, Sellout (2000), describes a scene on page 9 where the House Managers and a few others meet with two Republican Senators in a conference room.
The two were Senator Trent Lott and Senator Rick Santorum.
They informed the House Republicans that the Senate Republicans weren’t going to tolerate the House dumping their garbage on the Senate.
It was all politics. No Senators viewed any of the evidence possessed by the House.
Three weeks ago I knew very little about Rick Santorum. Today, I feel quite comfortable referring to him as Saint Rick the hypocrite.
Many are highly critical of Newt Gingrich, but he is an honest man. Rick Santorum is nothing of the sort.
