Yeah. And they don't have the juice to override. It's in Justice Kennedy's hands now. I know he's Catholic. I hope he's a devout Catholic.
This isn't really a Catholic thing ... it's a Constitution thing.
Even a Catholic-hating Klansman, as long as he respects the Constitution, would arrive at the right decision on this matter. It couldn't be a clearer violation of the First Amendment.
