PETA might want to be careful what they are asking for. What will they think if the Orca that drowned the trainer gets brought up on murder charges? Or how about putting dogs on trial for assault after biting a person, or another animal?

PETA should watch out because they kill more dogs and cats than the SPCA, so they should be up on murder charges.
