Finally, this whole subject should be upsetting to us all - that a girl so young felt so cold about her deliberate murder of an innocent 9 year old for the pleasure of it, not only whether she received a life sentence or death sentence. Hopefully, you read more uplifting stories that don't deal with such evil.

The male counterpart of the 300 lb. tattooed butch, the 300 lb. cellmate named Bubba, always makes an appearance here when some murderer deserving of the death penalty doesn’t get it, and far too many FReepers seem to regard prison rape as compensatory justice. Even for lesser crimes than rape or murder.
Our prison system could in fact greatly reduce the rape that occurs. Those who run it, those who work in it, choose not to.
