Ezra Levant calls it industrial sabotage and, based on their own Power Point, that certainly seems an apt description:Energy is one of the most pressing looming problems for every resident of the country in every way imagineable.
Anyone have any kind of a theory of the purpose for this baffling move by the Rockefeller whatsit?

The Rockefeller fund has been taken over by the leftist/environmentalists who can't seem to get a job in private industry, but can find employment in all the leftist non-profits. It's perfect for them. It's other peoples money and they believe that they are the best ones to decide where it goes.

The only rational conclusion I can come to is Totalitarianism.
Their left-wing ideology of creating a utopia is based on one fundamental principle, destroy free enterprise so as to replace it with their perceived perfect system.
Think of Cuba or North Korea. All are subservient to the “philosopher kings”, the ideology.
