I've wondered about this, too. Santorum has numerous ads running on conservative stations. Those ads cost big $$. How is someone who polls consistently low able to fund these ads AND stay in the race?
One of the recent ads takes a slight swipe at Romeny, but I think its a decoy :)

Santorum is leading in the Great Lakes / Midwest region, the key battleground area for November.
