WaPo conducts polls that are worded to influence opinion, not measure opinion. We call them “push polls”
It is not too much of a stretch to see that WaPo is now conducting “push-journalism”
( putsch-journalism anyone? )

The Washington Post on yet another of its psychological opposition warfare(psyops)hit pieces. They think if they write this stuff, it will embolden the Dems, undermine the GOP, and come true. Don’t believe a word of it.

When we didn’t have “obstructionism”, we got “obamacare”. Shouldn’t that be enough evidence that going back would be disasterous?

It is a matter of PR and we have none. I remember seeing Nasty Nan on TV at least twice a week going after Pres. Bush tooth an nail and defining what they stood for. I bet that 75% of the voters have no idea who the Speaker of the House is now, he and others are MIA. To sell a product you have to get out and sell it and the Republicans aren’t selling anything. Do they even show up for work?

A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that a democracy always collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship. The average age of the world's greatest civilizations has been 200 years. ― Alexis de Tocqueville

People overreacting to a ComPost process article, a D-list reporter working this up on a Sunday. It's a ****ing joke. One glance at the betting exchanges -- the odds are 3-1 against losing the House...that's not even a horse race...

The obstruction is coming from the democrat-controlled Senate, not the House.
Boehner, however, is weak and needs to be replaced with someone who has the fire in the belly.

Only way that the House goes to the Dems is if they buy it at auction after the foreclosure.

If the GOP is stupid enough to nominate Obomney — and it appears it is — then not only will the GOP be finished, but so will the United States.

The election will be decided on pocketbook politics - REMEMBER, “Its the eonomy STUPID?”
As of May 2012 [as reported by ABC], gas prices are LIKELY to go north of $4.50 in MANY areas ...
AND, ABC reports, for EVERY 10-cent increase in a gallon of gas, the public spends [correspondingly] $9 Billion LESS in the economy ...
EVERYTHING we consume [just about] is tagged to the price of gas - milk, eggs, bread. And even pizza delivery ...
Not to mention a slow down in hiring [IF the job market is INDEED recovwering] ...

There is no substance to this assertion. EVERY indicator shows just the opposite. It is a psy-ops piece. We will see articles like this right up until November. They said similar things during 2010.
