The Canadian "constitution"? Not worth the paper it's written on. One clause states that parliament can override the constitution.

Canada, like other parliamentary democracies, is actually a parliamentary dictatorship. Of course, that's not quite as bad as a presidential dictatorship or a judicial dictatorship.

Ginsburg in '73 was named General Council to the ACLU. She is considered on the leftist wing of the Supreme Court.
How she was ever appointed is beyond me!
