it's a politically correct remake with a girl as the hero...Has anybody seen the 2011 Remake of the 1982 Remake of “The Thing?” If so, what did you think because right now I feel like renting it.

It’s a bit remake, a bit prequel. If you’re a big fan of the 1982 film, definitely see it.
It’s good, but not great. It takes you somewhere the 1982 film didn’t. The lead is no McCready, but she is ok.
