Mitt is ahead in all the polls to win in these states. Even Newt’s major backer of super pacs Casino magnate Sheldon Adelson has said he would have no trouble supporting Mitt if he is the nominee. Adelson knows the odds of Mitt Winning and is adjusting. Newt may want to burn bridges and tear down the chances of defeating Obama in November because he puts Newt ahead of Country..isn’t it time you all adjusted?

Everyone had better adjust to four more years of Zero and Moochelle, because Obama is gong to beat Bishop Romney like a drum...at least 10 percentage points...maybe more. Conservatives will NOT vote for the pro-sodomite pro-abortion Romney.

Adjustments and reality outside of the money barons will most likely come after the Apr. 6, Super Tuesday showdown. JMO.

Adjusted to what? To supporting that despicable, loathsome, vicious, corrupt, rotten, wicked, puffed-up phony cult member? Forget it. I won’t soil my hands.

But you go ahead if you want to. I see from your previous posts that you love Mitt. You even refer to those of us who see him for what he is as “self-righteous religious moralists.” I prefer to just call it discernment.

>> There are five more events before Super Tuesday on Apr 6 . . . . Mitt is ahead in all the polls to win in these states <<

It’s said that the cat has nine lives. And maybe Newt can survive nine “near-death” experiences. So here’s a tally:

1. Newt was removed as Speaker in 1998. A definite near-death experience. But Newt recovers, to become a multi-millionaire Washington influence peddler and best-selling author.

2. In 2012, the “new Newt” enters the GOP POTUS race and soon calls Paul Ryan’s plan “right-wing social engineering.” The conservative punditry opines that Newt is finished. Then his NH campaign staff quits, and the MSM joins the Greek chorus who proclaim Newt’s demise.

3. Newt comes roaring back in Iowa, but again is knocked flat by Romney’s and Paul’s negative ad campaigns. He suffers further humiliation in the NH primary. Then just as it appears that he might do well in SC, Newt launches his attack against Bain. The anti-capitalist rhetoric is promptly denounced by leading lights of conservatism, including many Gingrich supporters, and Newt’s SC poll numbers fall thru the floor.

4. But no, after merely ten more days, Newt scores a historic victory in SC. It’s on to FL, where the polls show him with an impressive lead. Then comes the actual FL vote, and Newt is left bleeding on the floor, all but dead. Still, he limps to NV, where’s he hit again by the Romeny bulldozer. Still resilient, Newt courageously holds a big press conference and vows to live for another fight.

Therefore:

Up to now, Newt has lived thru four major knockouts. And given the old “Rule of Nine Lives,” perhaps he has five more chances to rise from his recurring near-death experiences. Let’s do some counting:

5. Colorado — Romney is poised to win big. Gingrich likely to be knocked down again.

6. Arizona — definite Romney territory, with losta Mormons and lotsa retirees. A probable blow-out for the Bane from Bain.

7. Michigan — Are you kidding? Will go strongly for native son Romney. Newt doesn’t stand a chance.

8. Washington — an extension of “greater New England.” Full of moderate voters and GOP-E types. Another likely KO for Romney over Gingrich.

So it may turn out that Newt has one more “life to live” after Washington. That is, perhaps he can survive one more humiliating loss, then make a big comeback. At that point, however, I’d say he’s gotta run the table with a string of decisive victories in state after state. It can be done, especially if Adelson keeps the dollars flowing to the pro-Gingrich SuperPac. On the other hand, at this juncture, I sure wouldn’t lay down my own chips on Newt.

Nope. As far as I can see, there is little to no substantive difference between Obama and Romney on just about any issue of importance. As such, it doesn't really matter which one won in Novermber, if Romney got the nomination. Either way, we get a pro-abort, pro-gay, pro-"progressive" economics guy who will give us terrible judge choices, keep ObamaCare as is, and push off socialistic fiscal policies onto the country. In fact, having Romney in office to do all that might even be worse than Obama, since it would damage the "conservative" label for another decade (since most people ignorantly equate "conservative" and "Republican").

So no, I don't buy all this junk from these people telling me we just HAVE to get Obama out of there AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

No we don't. Not if it means replacing him with a Republican who will do the same thing.

Frankly, if Romney is the nominee, then I will cease to be a Republican forever and for all time. In fact, I'd love to see a third party rise to present the voters with an option to the twin heads of the socialism snake. Eve, or perhaps ESPECIALLY, if it meant Romney loses. It's time for conservatives to let the GOP-e know that they can no longer run this game on us. They can no longer buy elections and smear our candidates with outright lies. they want to play that game, then I'm all for going nukular on them.
