Not sure anyone can really say Romney won Florida. He didn't make 50%, and that's always a bad sign long term, but if you simply drop the Cuban faction out of the equation, he didn't even beat Gingrich.

Now where else are you going to find a large number of Cubans outside of Florida?

Romney will “win” the Virginia Primary though.. he’s the only one the RNC allowed on the ballot.
