I agree. What is the chance of it happening? That is hard to say, but the impact would be unimaginable. If the east coast power grid were taken out, many, many people would die. Just think about what requires electricity to operate. Food supply gone in a week. No gasoline to run the stations pumps. No home heating. No hospitals. No communications. Mass hysteria, armed mobs running the streets looking for food.
Its estimated we could lose 70% of the population in an EMP. Its a very sobering thought. We are preparing food wise and alternative energy wise more for the grid going down than the govt trying to come after everyone.
