How many comms and how many lights? All of them? A majority of them? How about maybe, maybe a few. The ONLY reason people suspect that bomb was the cause was because it happened during that time. Yet, no one even really noticed. Certainly “70%-90%” didn’t die. In fact, no one died. Not one.

It was 900 miles away. And we weren't trying. We tried, in later tests. And we've and everyone else has had 50 years to improve the technology.
