Didn’t the eGOP warn voters that Newt might say something stupid if he were the nominee?

A Republican running for national office can hardly say anything more stupid than Willard did to a planeload of Democrat journalists. He obviously is going to be a disaster as a presidential candidate, should the eGOP have its way again in choosing another loser for the party.

He has started to believe his own press, instead of realizing that the MSM formed a protection racket to slide him to the nomination.

What he forgets is that this nomination process is far from over.

Most of Newts gaffes are due to emotional, heat-of-the-moment reactions to an unending and insidious attack mechanism against him. Mitt's inanities cannot be considered gaffes because he really believes the tripe he says - the real gaffe is in articulating it.

Taken in context, I have to respectfully disagree that Romney said anything stupid regarding the poor. It was nothing that the media has twisted around. There are far more serious issues regarding him and compared to them this is nothing but does divert from those issues.

Besides, the so-called poor are mostly Dems. Others have been thinking what he said but have been afraid in this PC age to state it.

But! But! Ann C, Charles K, George W, Bill K, Fred B, Bob D, John M, etc... all said that Romney was the most electable and polished and the only man that can beat obama. They said he was the perfect candidate...

Come on all you liberal party guys and gals, lets get out those brooms and dustpans and clean up the mess and tell us how little Willard was just having a bad day.
