I read the article differently. Given that mitt will be the nominee, what do you do then? And in my view, that’s pretty much where we’re at. Not a popular view at FR to be sure, but that’s how I see it.
Mr. Goldberg has fails to make the case for mitt very well. I still don’t see any good reason to vote for mitt in the primaries or the general. How would mitt end up being a better President in the long run than barky would be as a lame duck?

I thought the ‘on a very short leash’ was idiotic, too. Mittens isn’t ON a leash. He’s in a lap. A warm, comfy lap that he has no intention of jumping off.
